Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) teams are on the ground in Myanmar, assessing areas devastated by the 7.7-magnitude earthquake that struck on Friday, March 28th.
Tragically, more than 2,880 people have been killed, with thousands more injured or missing. The earthquake caused widespread damage to infrastructure and buildings. Aftershocks are increasing the risk of further collapse and complicating rescue efforts.
Every second counts in an emergency like this. Your 100 percent tax-deductible, unrestricted gift helps our teams respond quickly to emergencies in places like Myanmar, Ukraine, Haiti, and beyond. Amid escalating crises, make a donation to fund our emergency responses around the globe.
If you would like assistance with your donation, please contact Donor Services at (888) 392-0392, Monday-Sunday from 8a.m. - 11p.m. ET, or email us at donations@newyork.msf.org.
